Environmental Project Manager

Description:

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Environmental Project manager to support a variety of remediation projects in the Philly Metro area.

Must Haves:

Degree in Env science, engineering, geology or related

10 years of experience within environmental field

PE, PG, OR LSRP cert

Experience with PADEP, NYDEC, or NJDEP

Experience with Site investigation and site remediation projects

Skills:

Project management, Environmental remediation, Remediation, Site assessment, Environmental compliance, Phase II environmental site assessments, Environmental science, Soil sampling, Environmental construction, Environmental engineering, Phase I environmental site assessments

Day to Day:

Manage a diverse portfolio of environmental projects, in alignment with Division, Region, and company financial and profitability goals.

Provide technical review and support for a diverse portfolio of projects.

Projects can include due diligence, investigations, remediation, compliance

New Jersey Department Environmental Protection Site Remediation Program (NJDEP SRP)

Become knowledgeable about company services and capabilities for cross-selling

Develop new project work through sales efforts and response to proposals (new or existing clients).

Write and review technical reports and proposals.

Actively manage and develop existing client portfolios and source for new business opportunities.

Hire and manage subcontractors.

Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product, strong potential to have direct reports.

Ensure safe performance of project work.

Actively develop your own career growth.

Work Environment:

Hybrid schedule. Fully remote, coming in once or twice a month. Will require quarterly trips to NJ.
