Environmental Project Manager

Currently hiring for an Environmental Project Manager specializing in Lead and Asbestos Abatement!! There are wonderful opportunities for growth, work life balance, and the chance to work on a really strong team on a variety of exciting projects!!

Description:

• Field Based Position - Multiple locations throughout New York City

• Oversee a team of inspectors

• Preform lead and asbestos inspections

• Report writing

• Collecting Data

• Prepare Environmental Reports

• Assist in overseeing a team of inspectors and delegating tasks

• Assist with coordinating site meetings and scheduling field operations

• Work with Management and interface with Clients

• Oversee construction projects to monitor progress and ensure conformance with approved work plans, engineering plans, specifications and construction and safety standards.

• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, and environmental data

• Subcontractor Facing

Certifications:

• EPA Lead Inspector

• Asbestos Investigator/ Inspector

• Risk Assessor is a plus but not required!

Skills:

• Environmental inspection

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
