Job Title: Environmental Project Manager

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management and execution related to Development Services. This role involves assisting clients with both pre- and post-acquisition real estate transactions and site development services. Key responsibilities include conducting preliminary soil and groundwater investigations, managing further site investigations, overseeing UST and LUST related activities, executing site characterizations, handling excavation and disposal tasks, and implementing exposure mitigation activities.

Hard Skills

• B.S. in environmental science, geology, engineering

• PA regulatory experience in remediation

• Experience in environmental cleanup regulations

• Knowledge of state regulations

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and some days remote.

Work Environment

Field work, travel required, with some in-office activities for meetings, training, lab testing, and other office-related tasks
