Duties Description The incumbent will oversee the Data Quality and Systems Maintenance Unit within the Permit Information Management Section of the Division of Environmental Permits. Specific duties will include leading the Data Quality and Data Maintenance Unit, including prioritization, delegation, and staff supervision; managing the weekly Environmental Notice Bulletin publication as required by regulation; leading development, testing, and issue reporting for new system integration and legacy system enhancements; overseeing and maintaining data standards and data quality/data assurance for permitting information in multiple permitting information systems and data types; overseeing the preparation of statistical reports and permitting metrics; managing Help Desk for user support for permitting software systems; and training junior staff on permitting software systems and tools, data standards, and business processes.
