Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated health and safety professional to grow and lead this practice area working collaboratively as part of our best in class environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance team. This leader will be working primarily with large industrial clients as part of an integrated service offering to drive solutions for our clients. Responsibilities will be split between technical EHS consulting, business development, project management, and client management. Your role will be growth focused by supporting business development activities, providing innovative solutions to client challenges, establishing long-term relationships with our clients, mentoring staff, and growing the team. What You Will Be Doing at Woodard & Curran:
Based out of our Canton, Massachusetts, or other New England offices, responsibilities will include business development and onsite work at client facilities, overseeing/managing and growing our portfolio of health and safety work, working with practice leaders to integrate health and safety throughout our environmental compliance and environmental, health and safety offerings, and expanding and supporting our team of health and safety professionals.
What You Will Need To Succeed:
Bachelors or Masters degree in industrial hygiene, safety, or other EHS related field.
8-15 + years' experience in the EHS consulting field with in-depth knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
CSP credential. CIH credential or ability to test for CIH is a plus.
Leadership experience in growing a team and business portfolio.
Experience conducting health and safety audits, developing health and safety programs, and conducting industrial hygiene and indoor air quality assessments.
Strong computer skills including Word and Excel required.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
40-hour OSHA training is a plus.
Must be self-motivated, creative, and willing to work collaboratively.
