What You'll Do
As a Environmental Health and Safety Manager, you'll be part of our Tools team located in Willard, OH. You'll get to:
Responsible for implementing programs and policies to ensure a safe work environment for all company employees, contractors, visitors and community in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including OSHA
Conduct environmental health and safety Team Meetings (Steering Committee, EHS Team, and Machine Guarding, etc.) to implement initiatives to reduce and prevent accidents and occupational illnesses and drive environmental compliance.
Management of Willard Safety Data Sheet inventory for all products being used onsite for hazard communication, and to assist in chemical labeling, waste management, spill response, and annual reporting under EPCRA.
Ensure that all accidents, near-misses, and injuries are reported immediately, conduct post-accident investigations and prepares report identifying possible accident causes and hazards for use by company personnel and senior management. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed
Manage tracking and assist in completing air, waste, EPCRA (Tier 2 and TRI) reporting. Coordinate activities with Corporate EHS to ensure all reports are completed accurately and on time to state and federal regulatory agencies.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Occupational Health and Safety or other applicable discipline; or three to five years minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of three (3) years conducting safety training in a manufacturing environment
CSP or CHMM preferred
Prefer experience in OSHA, EPA and DOT regulatory requirements.
Must be available and willing to work such weekends and holidays as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs
