? Minimum 5 years of developing and executing traditional environmental graphic design, exhibition design and/or retail graphic design projects. ? Full understanding of 2D/3D environmental and graphic design integration solution is a must ? Understanding of 3D architectural spaces and graphic systems ? Environmental graphic design experience (system design, information hierarchy, creative graphic solutions, creative 3D solutions, etc.) ? Experience in the creation of sign detail drawings (materials and production methods); sign fabrication knowledge and working experience with fabrication team a plus ? Basic color and material specification skills ? Strong graphic design sensibilities (typography, layout, color, etc.) ? Experience in the development of brand identities and creative application in a branded environment ? Attention to detail and strong design communication skills ? Great communication skills with clients, vendors and team members ? Experience in food retail design a plus

Requirements

Job Description Responsibilities * Design and format marketing materials including offering memorandums, property brochures, proposals, presentation boards, flyers, postcards, newsletters, and event invitations * Create concepts and layouts based on knowledge of design principles and elevated esthetics * Create marketing materials that adhere to comprehensive and detailed company brand standards * Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed * Create maps to illustrate relevant information regarding the property being marketed * Create tables, charts, graphs, illustrations, and other visuals in a highly efficient manner * Coordinate production of materials including gathering printing bids, packaging artwork and assembling final layouts for printers, preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors * Format HTML graphics for email blasts Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Communications or related discipline * 3+ years of graphic design experience or any similar combination of education and experience * Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of html and digital marketing methods * Understand, design, and use infographics and iconography to create effective visual communication * Detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Experience with high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or real estate background a plus * Proven record of providing outstanding internal and external customer service * Excellent oral and written communication skills Physical Requirements * Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day * May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner, or walking and carrying printed materials (5-10 lbs) * Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type * Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you * Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing * Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand * Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
