Engineer Consultant for OEHE at 3 duty locations in AZ who will provide engineering consultation during all phases of sanitation facilities projects and report to the District Engineer onsite.

Plan sanitation facilities and prepare engineering reports and applications for funding to multiple federal agencies and other funding entities.
Design complex sanitation facilities.
Manage complex contractual solicitations and service and construction contracts.
Provide guidance to junior engineers, technicians, and administrative support staff.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
