Environmental Compliance SpecialistLocation: Austin-TexasDescriptionYou will be responsible for identifying materials for review and managingqualification workflows, while establishing best practice and standardoperating procedures in support of the product development process.Yourwork requires you to closely partner with Product EnvironmentalEngineers/Program managers, Toxicologists and Subject Matter Experts tosupport initiatives on smarter chemistry, sustainable materials, design forenvironment, and phase-outs of hazardous substances.
Key Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in a hardware product developmentenvironment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, while engaging withmultiple activities simultaneously
• Passion for environmental sustainability and user safety
• Experience in documenting process and procedures
• Proficient in productivity software (Spreadsheets, Keynotes)
• Strong communication skills and thrives in both collaborative andindependent work environments
• Familiarity with Bills of Materials, and manufacturing documents a plus
