The Boeing Company is recruiting for an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Senior Manager in Everett, WA and will work within the Boeing Commercial Airlines division.
The successful candidate will possess solid EHS knowledge and the ability to work strategically, pro-actively, and collaboratively with the EHS organization, EHS Leadership Team, Business Stakeholders, and supporting functions.

3+ years leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
1+ year leading, coaching and developing others (including those who are not your direct reports)
A technical bachelor's degree and/or a Master's degree in Occupational Exposure Sciences, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Health
Knowledge of State, Federal, international regulatory requirements concerning Boeing engineering, production,
environmental compliance and supply chains
Previous Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) experience or regulatory responsibility in a managerial role.
Senior leadership experience reviewing, approving and implementing processes, to maximize productivity and ensure safety, security, environmental and regulatory compliance.
