Envelope Converter Operator

Direct Marketing Solutions is a multi-channel marketing company specializing in direct mail & digital marketing. To keep up with our growth, we are looking for experienced Wide Range Envelope Converter Operator to join our team!

Position Summary:

The Envelope Converter Operator's main responsibility is to operate a wide-range envelope machine from start to finish, observing the progress of the jobs being ran in accordance with operating instructions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Run a wide range machine to fold envelopes front start to finish

• Verify correct materials are being used for every job, envelope is folded correctly, and that the window position is correct as applicable

• Repair, adjustment, and preventative and daily maintenance to establish and maintain proper machine speeds

• Analyze mechanical operational problems on equipment

• Make necessary corrections and adjustments to maintain production and quality

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience

• 6-months relevant experience

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite

• Willingness to work outside of regular business hours

• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen
