What You’ll Do:
- Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, identify their needs, and offer solutions that result in upselling and cross-selling our services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure efficient junk removal, recycling, and disposal while maintaining a positive and energetic work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Handle and load/unload items from the truck, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

- Outgoing and Charismatic Personality: You love interacting with people and can easily build rapport with customers.
- Sales-Driven: You have a passion for sales and a track record (or strong interest) in achieving sales targets.
- Customer Service Enthusiast: You thrive on delivering excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Team Player: You enjoy working in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
- Physical Fitness: The role involves physical activity, including regularly lifting and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Availability on weekends and some holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 80 pounds to shoulder level regularly.
