Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an Entry Level Salesforce System Administrator to maintain our Salesforce environment for all departments and help drive our expansive growth. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's Salesforce platform and streamlining business processes. The role covers several Salesforce clouds, including service, sales, and marketing, and requires the completion of entry/beginner-level tasks within each cloud.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other platform administrators and the SFDC lead to continually evolve customer engagement and support.

  • Manage Salesforce user access, security, roles, profiles, and permission sets.

  • Perform mass uploads and updates via Data Loader.

  • Understand and perform basic Salesforce Administration tasks.

  • Maintain and develop thorough documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and templates.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, understand business needs, resolve requests, and communicate status through our Jira ticketing system.

  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, resolve bugs and errors, and implement optimal solutions.

  • Assist with data management to improve quality and cleanliness.

  • Proactively provide insights to internal employees and ELT/SLT team members by managing and developing dashboards.

  • Manage the key linkages between SFDC and other integrated platforms.

  • Evaluate and recommend new ways technology can improve inner departmental communication and customer-facing tools.

  • Onboard new companies into the existing technology stack.

  • Oversee training and adoption of all therapy brands system processes.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce administrator certification

  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience

  • Experience with Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds

  • Experience with Experience Cloud and customer portal management

  • Experience with Outreach, Conga CLM, and CPQ is a plus

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Detail-oriented, with a track record for driving project timelines/deliverables to completion

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for meeting deadlines

  • Experience with Healthcare a plus, strong consideration given to experience with Therapy ERP/CRM technology
