Are you ready to join a dynamic team? We're seeking an Entry Level Quick Lube Service Technician to join us at Devils Lake Cars.

As an Entry-Level Quick Lube Service Technician, you'll have the ability to perform light maintenance and repairs which include lube, oil, and filter changes, balancing and rotation of tires, and flushing cooling systems. Our mission is to provide a great customer experience by performing high quality service work on customer vehicles in the quick lube department. Responsibilities Test to check systems and components are secure and working properly Isolate the systems or components that might have caused the problem Drive the vehicle for testing purposes and inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation, clean and lubricate fittings as needed Install a new oil train plug and new oil filter and communicate oil levels to teammates Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle's breakdown or damage Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks Qualifications Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities Effective analytical and interpersonal skills and eagerness to improve Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment 18 years or older One year experience in a service department - recommended Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to complete background check Applicants may be drug tested What We Offer Competitive Compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, along with Auxiliary Benefits (Critical Illness, Accident, etc.) FSA and HSA options available 401k plan PTO Employer-paid Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance FT Employee Discounts Discounted gym membership Access to mental health resources Tuition reimbursement and additional training provided Degrees at Work continuing education program Opportunities for upward mobility Family-owned and operated company We are an equal opportunity employer.
