Job Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Quality Engineer with some to join our advanced manufacturing team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing process control by reducing defects, working closely with production and engineering personnel. This role also involves active participation in new product introduction and supporting our IPAC 1 NPD project. This position is pivotal for the success of our 15 to 25 ton commercial units. Looking for individuals that have touched electrical engineering.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Panama City, Florida.

Work Environment

Our dynamic work environment will keep you engaged with a balanced mix of on-floor and office work. You will be expected to spend 50% of your time on the production floor and the rest in the office, attending numerous brainstorming sessions and meetings with the advanced engineering team. The typical work hours are from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with potential extended hours closer to project launch times.
