Entry Level Production

Weyerhaeuser's Longview Lumber Mill is accepting applications for Entry Level Production Associates. We are seeking individuals who desire to work in a market-focused, lumber manufacturing facility while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic.

• Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma or have a GED.

• Must attach a resume to application.

• Have a solid work history and be totally committed to safety.

• Industrial and cleanup experience is a plus.

• Must be available to work all shifts.

• Must be willing to flow to work across job boundaries.

• Must demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills.

• Must have excellent listening and communication skills.

• Ability to demonstrate open, honest and regular exchange of information and treat all employees with respect and dignity.

• Must be team oriented and put team's needs ahead of individual interests.

• Take initiative and solve issues. Accept personal accountability for team's plans and results.

Compensation: Your wages and benefits are set by the labor agreement between Weyerhaeuser and the union representing employees at this work site. We are targeting a pay of $24.255 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: This position receives paid vacation eligibility in accordance with our union collective bargaining agreement. We offer paid vacation and holidays, more information can be provided upon request.
