Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Entry-Level Production Coordinator (Level A) to support our Cutter Kitting Operations in North Charleston, South Carolina on a Variable Shift!

The successful candidate will be supporting inventory management including shipping, receiving, cycle counting and kit replenishment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing and movement of production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions.

• Assist in monitoring work in process.

• Post updates to automated systems to insure parts availability. Identifies problems or discrepancies with parts and materials.

• Assist within the work group to expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.

• Work under close supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Experience with inventory management and material [requirements] planning systems

• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Applications

• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8 hour shift

• Ability to walk, stand, climb and descend stairs, bend and lift items, package materials and unload materials from containers frequently throughout the shift

• Ability to support any shift based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain management

• 1+ years of experience in electric and manual pallet jack operation

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically acquired through basic education (e.g. high school diploma/GED). Related work experience or relevant military experience preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
