This is a position for those with little-to-no previous experience in the pest control industry, though prior experience is always welcome. This is a year-round position, with no seasonal layoffs.

This Entry-Level Pest Control Technician position comes with above industry pay that is NOT commission-based. You can plan on earning $45,000 in the first year and it only goes up from there We want you to succeed which is why we offer to pay for all trainings if you are hungry for success. After a probationary period as a technician, you may be eligible for a take-home company vehicle and a gas card . Our Entry Pest Control Technicians start at $20.00 per hour plus overtime A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN As a Pest Control Technician , you are the face of our company, and your primary focus is to exceed customer expectations You will arrive at each client's home or business on time and ready for action. Whether performing regular maintenance or tackling challenging issues, you will deliver the highest level of service even when no one is looking. Your calm friendly demeanor puts clients at ease as you assess any problems and devise a personalized solution.

You take pride in your work and always keep your equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.
