MWResource supplies our customers in the utility electric power industry with the resources they need to manage some of their most complex systems. We work and partner with leaders in the industry, and because the skill and experience of our resources are in high demand, our company has been doubling each year and is already forecast to do so again next year.

MWResource is seeking entry level or junior power systems engineers for SCADA/EMS/DMS (Utility Power Grid Energy Management Systems and Distribution Management Systems) to work with our customers throughout North America.

Most contracts are full-time positions, embedded within the customer's EMS teams that permit remote/hybrid work arrangements for the length of the contract with the possibility of conversion to a full-position. Some are based at our office in Allentown, PA.

We use this program to introduce junior engineers to this very in demand high tech sector of the industry with lots of success stories.

Experience with SCADA, power system modelling, display building, and power system analysis software and prior utility experience would be preferred, but is not necessary.

Candidates with Electrical Engineering degrees are encouraged to apply, especially those with a focus in Power Systems.
