Support Services Technician

At National Spine & Pain Centers (NSPC), our mission is to relieve pain and improve quality of life through personalized, accessible care. We are currently looking for a Support Services Technician to support our team with their ancillary services (specimen collections and durable medical equipment).

Working under the guidance of the Center Manager and a Provider, you will:

  • Collect specimens from patients and ensure specimens are appropriately marked for delivery to the lab.

  • Fit patients with braces, as prescribed by the appropriate provider.

  • Explaining the use of the TENS unit to patients and associated supplies.

We require the following

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of related administrative experience in a healthcare environment, required.

  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, required.

  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of information at all times.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving, criminal, employment reference, education, and social security.
