Provides local and remote operations support to internal and external PPD clients on network, voice, and other communications systems that cannot be resolved through the Service Desk. Provides first level network and communications technology hardware and software assessment and resolution of issues.

Essential Functions

  • Responds to end users requests on voice and network issues.

  • Works with vendors to maintain and troubleshoot service applications.

  • Sets up and maintains communications systems for new and existing end users.

  • Performs other specific communications duties as defined by working practices such as connecting and configuring communication equipment.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

  • Good English and grammar skills

  • Good computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

The entry level Compliance Analyst has responsibility for but not limited to transaction monitoring, customer service quality assurance and credit dispute resolution.
