The role of the Human Resources Assistant is to provide administrative support to the People Resource Business Partners (HRBP)/ Employee Relations. The PR Assistant provides world class customer service in all interactions, both in internal and external communications. The People Resources Assistant must be available to work before and after scheduled business hours to meet department needs. This is an entry-level remote, part-time and temporary position.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to HRBP / Employee Relations
Assist in the creation and maintenance of human resources forms, documents, policies and SOPs
Provide basic HR policy guidance and interpretation
Enter data accurately into multiple systems including spreadsheets
Process separation paperwork for offboarding of staff
Assist with document collection and onboarding
Assist with internal promotions and transfers
Track expiration and renewals for therapist credentials such as PPD, CPR, professional license, etc.
Provide therapist credentials for facility requests
Maintain 90 day and annual review processes
File documents into the appropriate electronic employee files
Submit purchasing and expense requests
Perform ad hoc research and reporting, as needed
Communicate effectively and professionally with all members of the Practice; develop affinity with internal and external departments
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
At least 1 year of HR experience preferred.
Extremely well organized.
Dependable and reliable.
Able to prioritize efficiently.
Maintain 100% confidentiality at all times.
Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize competing requests.
Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and manage complex assignments.
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Provide excellent customer service.
Available to work before and after scheduled business hours to meet department needs.
