Schedule:

  • Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

  • High probability of paid overtime

Daily Tasks:

  • Collecting, testing, processing, and maintenance of environmental samples.

  • Completing forms and documents related to air, soil, water samples.

  • Using up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Valid Driver's License

Where You Work:

  • Work is performed outside, and in office/lab settings. Work is subject to travel, weather conditions, and related items in a lab and environmental setting.

Our team is seeking a self-motivated and creative individual who will work closely with key members of the team responsible for delivering operations and maintenance services for the Florida Turnpike project. Applicant must be personable, organized and professional.</p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Manage the Facilities &amp; Telecommunications Maintenance budgetary process for Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, including routine and periodic maintenance funds, fixed capital outlay program, and other budgetary areas for Facilities &amp; Telecommunications Maintenance</p></li><li><p>Administrator for Facilities &amp; Telecommunications Maintenance assets. Includes periodic and annual scanning of assets; property disposal; reporting</p></li><li><p>Provide overall support to Facilities &amp; Telecommunications Maintenance contract development and administration team.</p></li><li><p>Reviewing work orders and processing contractor invoices for payment utilizing the MyFlorida Market Place for FDOT; Arriba; work order program.</p></li><li><p>Provide detailed financial reports to management</p></li></ul><p>Decision-making is required within a well-defined scope of responsibilities. Duties may involve a variety of moderately complex office functions. Working knowledge of PCs and advanced software proficiency is generally required at this level.</p><ul><li><p>Gathers, compiles, tracks, and reports on information relevant to project assignment from multiple sources.
