We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Epoxy Floor Installer. In this role, you will work closely with experienced technicians to learn the skills and techniques necessary for successful epoxy floor installations. Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of surfaces for epoxy installation.

• Learn to apply epoxy coatings according to industry standards.

• Assist in the repair and maintenance of existing epoxy floors.

• Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols on job sites.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Open to some local travel within the state

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

• Drivers License with reliable transportation

• Criminal backgrounds are reviewed on a case by case basis an a whole person approach.

• No prior experience in epoxy floor installation required; on-the-job training provided.

• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
