In these positions, candidates will be expected to process multiple claims daily, enter in identity verification information on customer accounts, and quickly input data into various computer systems.   • Providing assistance in preparation and distribution with drug products

  • Using several computer programs to input information

  • Preparing prescription medications via use of fulfillment systems

  • Processing prescription exceptions which may include: resolving claim rejects and member and physician outreach

  • Entering member demographics and prescription information into data processing system

  • Resolving rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues

  • Escalating questions regarding prescription to a Pharmacist for interpretation or provide direction on processing

Requirements

Position Summary Responsible to supervise the day to day activities of the data integrity team and ensure the accuracy, timeliness and overall integrity of data within the department related systems. Supervise, train and provide work direction to the data integrity team. Minimum Requirements Degrees Associate's Degree (Required) Information Technology Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education or experience. Job Experience Three years data integrity/master data administration experience in a multi-application environment such as sales order management, procurement, accounting, inventory control, etc. Supervisory Experience ONE (1) YEAR Responsibilities and Essential Duties Supervise the data integrity team and processes, and oversee the accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of new production items, pricing, etc. to include setting up new SKUs, items and deals to flow into the buying system, maintaining existing SKUs, and maintenance of items, vendors, deals, etc. Develop department metrics and perform business analysis on key metrics (i.e. items, vendors, contract usage, purchase orders, and compliance reports) to identify and recommend improvements to department processes, identify training opportunities and increase accuracy and/or timeliness of data entry and the data integrity of the system. Act as a data integrity subject matter expert on assigned project teams as necessary and to inform cross-functional teams of data integrity processes and procedures. Work with cross-functional teams and/or department management to improve department operations/efficiency, streamline work processes, etc. Responsible for department supervision including staffing, training, performance management and career development of associates, and developing and monitoring department goals. Maintain current knowledge of legal regulations, industry trends and best practices; make recommendations to improve current programs and processes and to ensure company legal compliance.
