We are currently looking for Entry-Level Construction Laborers. Days and hours of work vary including evening and weekend work based on job size and job locations.

Compensation:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
  • Bonus Pay

Qualifications:

  • Construction/Outdoor work experience (preferred)

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to job location
  • Ability to pass a drug test at all times
  • Willingness to travel: 50% (Required)
  • Valid drivers license
  • Specific vision abilities
  • Ability to actively talk, hear, and stay physically active all day
  • Must be able to lift and move items up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 90 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, extreme weather conditions, and loud noise levels

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager for our [blank] territory who will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished by performing the required duties personally or through others. Essential Functions: * Project Governance - Meet requirements of project and facilitate permits/testing/inspection as well necessary project plans throughout project lifecycle. * Scope Management - Manage all additions, subtractions, and changes to the scope, ensuring that claims and change orders are processed per the contract in a timely and professional manner. * Schedule Management - Manage, update, and communicate the project schedule and plans to all affected parties. * Finance - Responsible for managing contract value, project change orders, perform forecasting and manage all cash flow in and out of the project's budget. * Quality Management - Support project quality requirements from installation metrics, warranties and punch-list ensuring work meets installation requirements. * Resource Management - Management of project resources at team level, subcontract/purchase order level and field labor. Monitor performance and take action as needed. * Risk & Opportunity Management - Create and manage risk and opportunity logs. * Procurement Management - Manage project procurement activates including subcontracts and vendor management. * Safety - Perform frequent and regular site safety audits, training, and inspections to ensure compliance with KONE policies as well as those of the appropriate governing bodies. Experience: * 2+ years of experience * Experience in project management process & executing projects * Contracting & Construction experience preferred * Knowledge of elevator/escalator industry Education: * Bachelor's degree; preferably Construction Management background * 7+ years of experience in related industry considered in lieu of degree Skills, Knowledge and Specific Behaviors: * Technical/Software - Proficient with Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Project. Ability to use other applicable software including SAP & cloud software. Able to use proprietary software to manage labor and financials * Project Governance - Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks through effective organization and time management. * Scope Management - Ability to read & work with project specifications, construction drawings, layouts, electrical & hydraulic schematics. * Schedule Management - Ability to manage customer schedule and KONE schedule and take critical path approach to tasks and project schedule. * Finance Management - Ability to forecast project performance and work with team for necessary action * Quality Management - Manage quality requirements in scope of work. Recognition of policies, objectives, requirements and responsibilities. * Resource Management - Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated personnel to ensure that goals and objectives of installation are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. * Communications Management - Effective oral, written and presentation skills. * Risk & Opportunity Management - Ability to recognize impacts to project and take action. * Safety - Knowledge of project safety goals and requirements of company and governmental agencies.
