Entry Level CMT

ENTRY LEVEL & EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION FIELD TECHNICIAN (Training Available)

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Collecting samples of soils, concrete, asphalt, etc., for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
• Recording GPS coordinates of work sites.
• Operating machinery/drills to obtain material samples.
• Engaging in physical tasks and manual work throughout the day.
• Traveling within the Denver Metro area from site to site.
• Conducting light data entry.

Details:

• Pay rate: $19-$20/hr based on experience.
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, with expected 50-60 hour weeks and Saturday mornings (paid at 1.5X).
• Paid Training: Opportunities for pay raises after completing specific certifications.
• Certifications: ACI, WAQTC, LabCat certifications covered by the Engineering Firm.

Requirements

• Education:High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: No prior experience required, though construction or concrete experience is preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and develop.
• Clean driving record (While primarily lab-based, occasional fieldwork may require the use of company vehicles).
• Able to pass a background check and Federal Drug Test.
