Full Time Location: Detroit, MI Compensation: $4,300 - $5,500 / year Description Job Summary: As an Entry Level Account Manager at Messa Sync, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and managing account-related activities.

Your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships, supporting account needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills who's eager to grow in a client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, addressing their needs and inquiries. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.

Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and management. Identify opportunities for account growth and provide recommendations to clients. Resolve client issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Prepare account reports and manage administrative tasks related to client accounts. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
