In this important role, you will be maintaining and repairing a variety of commercial landscape equipment.

Desired Skills

• Preventative maintenance on small engine fleet and light duty trucks

• Daily equipment inspections

• Mower blade sharpening and changes

• Equipment reconditioning

• Troubleshooting and repair of equipment failures

• Service documentation

• Snow removal equipment repairs and reconditioning

• Green season equipment repairs and reconditioning

• Relay all required information to the next shift and supervisor

• Document what needs to be repaired in house, sent out or if parts needed

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License

• Experience no less than 1 year in repair and diagnostics of equipment Basic mechanical experience and knowledge

• Full-time / Part-time opportunities available

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• General mechanical aptitude

• Able to be productive and efficient while working independently

• Complete inspections and detailed paperwork

• Diagnosing abilities

• Tools required (will discuss)

• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach, push/pull, lift/carry 50 - 100 lbs., grasp tools, complete repetitive motions, able to successfully work in environments exposed to high levels of noise

• Able to work in extreme weather conditions including cold, snow, ice, rain, heat and wind
