Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Medical Office Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset who is interested in a production bonus as a part of their salary to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, paying invoices, negotiating with vendors, hiring receptionists, medical assistants, clinicians, maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures. Responsibilities Monitor clinic activity and patient flow to ensure efficient and effective patient care Maintain and adjust work schedules and ensure optimal staffing across functional areas within clinic and amongst other clinics Hiring/firing Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings (billing, EMR) Serve as human resource manager, create, update, and maintain office procedures Maintain office equipment in good working order Pay and record invoices Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers Participate and Identify local marketing events, Seeks opportunities for practice development and marketing. Accurately maintain general office budget Develop new streams of business Qualifications High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position required Certified Physician Practice Manager preferred Certified medical coder preferred Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures Super user or EMR - eCW Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills
