Entrepreneurial Leadership Program Graduate Assistant - Nest

This position is for the role of a Graduate Assistant position within the Entrepreneurial Leadership Program, specifically for the Nest.

Requirements:

• Graduate Assistant must be enrolled in a master's program through Waynesburg University.

• This position requires attendance and staffing at Nest and eHIVE, which may include regular shifts during evening or weekend hours.

• Applicant must possess a valid driver's license and the ability for passenger or good transport.

Qualifications:

• Professional and friendly customer service is required.

• Leadership skills are required for this position and previous management experience preferred.

• This position requires the job seeker to be entrepreneurially minded, a self-starter, flexible, adaptable, and capable of working with little supervision. Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operational Management of the Nest

• Customer Service

• Student Staff Management

• Online Store Management & Social Media Responsibilities

• Financial Management & Record Keeping

• New Product Development

• Commencement Assistance

• Assistance with Various eHIVE Events and Projects

• All other duties to be assigned by the Chair of Entrepreneurial Leadership & eHIVE Director
