ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures the safety, proper maintenance, repair and technical work of any stage sets, meeting spaces and conventions.

Mixing sound and monitors and/or lighting configurations for concerts.

Arranges for the technical specifications of concerts to be met.

Evaluates industry developments and recommends appropriate uses to management. Ensures all products meet standards set by the department.

Oversees setup of sound and lighting systems for special events.

Supervises, as necessary, the collected effort of any technical work needed for stage/meeting space set-up and breakdown.

Ensures proper lighting for stage and conventions.

Lighting reinforcement of all stage presentation or convention or special projects.

Operates motorized vehicles, i.e. hydraulic and electrically powered hi-reach (man lift) and hand tools.

Must be flexible in a demanding environment. Must maintain a good attitude at all times.

Successfully perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
