Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and provide leadership to seasonal Entertainment team.
Manage Warner Brother brand/performance quality control of all venues and acts appearing in Theme and Water Park.
Train ushers and costumed-characters on job duties in accordance with department and company standards.
Assist in the production of park entertainment, including all character meet-and-greets, special events, Fright Fest, and Holiday in the Park.
Recruit and hire performers to insure proper staffing levels.
Oversee the daily operation of costumed and face characters.
Provide creativity in the development of park entertainment, including live shows, theatre acts, and themed events.
Perform periodic performance evaluations of entertainment staff.
Train, audit, and adhere to all labor laws and guidelines to insure full compliance with Federal, State, and Park regulations.
Model and enforce all park policies and procedures and maintain all Six Flags standards.
Perform all other duties as assigned by Park leadership.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience in theme park entertainment is required, with previous management experience preferred.
Must possess strong organizational skills and be ability to multitask.
Computer literacy. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
Theatrical lighting and sound experience preferred.
Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel frequently throughout full shift and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
