Northrop Grumman Enterprise Solutions Grouphas an opportunity for an Enterprise wide Apps Analyst 3 or 4(GSC/Manufacturing Application Analyst/Systems Integration professional - MMand PP modules) who is an energetic, self-starter with knowledge and experiencein converting customer requirements into systems solutions. This positionwill report to the Director of ERP at our El Segundo, CA location. Thisposition will be responsible for functional requirements definitions, reviewingand modifying systems, performing business process gap analysis and makingbusiness process recommendations in support of SAP modules that are used by ouroff network programs.

Responsibilities for an Enterprise-wide ApplicationsAnalyst 3 include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as the primary POC between the customerand technical community around SAP ERP/Manufacturing/Quality Management, CPLM,and MES Shopfloor solutions and integrations, SCA, Inventory management, and

Quality Management. As primary POC you will be expected to interface withand analyze customer requests, identify, collect and document functionalrequirements definition, coordinate with technical community to solutiondesign, configure, test, document and maintain customer validatedsolutions. Specifically:

  • Write requirements documents, design documentsand test procedures for applications

  • Work with end users/developers to analyze/design/configure/tailorapplications that best meet user requirements

  • Work with end users/developers to develop andimplement unit and system testing processes

  • Assist with testing efforts and work withcustomers to ensure appropriate testing is completed

  • Provide coordination between end user subject matterexperts and developers

  • Review, analyze, and modify programmingsystems including coding, testing, debugging, and installing to support anorganization's business needs and application systems

  • Assist with the development and maintenance ofthe Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

  • Responsible for recurring/existingcustomer base and new project initiatives

  • Responsiblefor non-recurring initiatives as required

Theresponsibilities for an Enterprise-wide Applications Analyst 4include all of the previous responsibilities as well as:

  • Act as internal consultant between thecustomer and technical community. As an internal consultant you will beexpected to identify, solution engineer and propose potential efficiencies tosenior internal customers. Approved solutions will be managed and seniorleadership will be updated on major milestones and upon completion.

  • Provide functional/technical level input on developmentand maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

  • Functional/Technical lead on recurring/existingcustomer base and new project initiatives

  • Functional/Technical lead on non-recurringinitiatives as required

This position may be filled at the level 3 or 4.

Basic Qualifications for the level 3:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering or similar degree with 5 years of relevant experience or 9 years' of experience with high school

  • Experience with MM/PP/QM design, including requirement analysis, configuration, realization, testing, post implementation support, training and knowledge transfer

Basic Qualifications for the level 4:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering or similar degree with 9 years' of relevant experience or 13 years' of experience with high school

  • Experience with MM/PP/QM design, including requirement analysis, configuration, realization, testing, post implementation support, training and knowledge transfer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant SAP or other ERP implementations

  • Active SCI clearance

The ESPM leads all aspects of implementing innovative information technology (IT) solutions that deliver value and enable SSD strategic business initiatives. This includes leading all IT strategic planning and implementations, as well as day-to-day IT activity across SSD programs. In addition, the ESPM, in coordination with Enterprise Services service lines, is accountable for the delivery of all services that ES provides, including Service Center Operations, Information Security and Security. As an integral member of the NGAS Space Systems Division (SSD) Leadership and Program Integration team, the Enterprise Services Program Manager (ESPM) is the focal point and ambassador for the ES organization and all services that ES provides. The ESPM works closely with other Functions and Shared Services teams, including Facilities, Physical Security, InfoSec/Cyber Security, Infrastructure Services, IT Operations and Application services, to securely deploy, maintain and optimize IT services that enable SSD classified and unclassified operations. The ESPM also leads the important roles of IT governance (chairing infrastructure design reviews and change boards), Cost Account Management (financial budgeting and performance management), Business Continuity Planning (developing and testing Information Systems Continuity Plans), Proposal Development (IT solutions design and pricing for new IT statements of work), and Crisis Management planning and incident recovery. ESCSO Basic Qualifications: * PhD and 9 years of IT experience; OR a Master's and 12 years of IT experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree and 14 years of IT experience is required * Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager with knowledge in cost, budgets, and schedules * Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience using the following MS Office Suite tools: Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel * Experience providing strategic direction regarding IT products, processes, applications, and/or technologies is required * Must have familiarity with technical solutions, infrastructure implementations, process/project documentation, and/or liaison interfacings for large enterprise organizations * Experience in briefing and interfacing with executive leadership (i.e., Sector President, Division Vice Presidents and Directors) is required * Candidates must have a current DOD Secret clearance with an original adjudication date, or a period reinvestigation, completed within the last 6 years to be considered * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain special program access, as well as a DOD Top Secret level clearance, as a condition of continued employment Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, or technical management; OR a Master's Degree in Engineering Management, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or Network Engineering is preferred * Familiarity with Northrop Grumman space business, space government customers, and space program disciplines highly desirable * Broad background in IT Infrastructure, business applications, and operations * Ability to perform risk & opportunity analysis, and prepare detail cost and technical proposals * Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) knowledge, skills, and experience would be nice to have * Customer-focused with proven leadership and excellent communication skills and with ability to drive cross functional teams to action when working in a matrix organization * Self-starter who works quickly and effectively, can get up to speed with program processes quickly and enjoys a fast paced, dynamic environment * Entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to challenge the status quo while providing innovative solutions to complex IT requirements * Current TS/SCI clearance is desirable Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
