Develop the enterprise collaboration, video and voice technology vision, roadmap, and strategy.
Responsible for the activities of the team, leading change management and risk management efforts, identifying appropriate resources, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
Manage the design, installation, maintenance, and monitoring of Collaboration, Video, and Voice environments, including all infrastructure components.
Manage project expectations, ensuring consistent execution and quality of delivery.
Share knowledge and experience to enhance the technical capabilities of the voice, data, and telecom team.
Work closely with the Network Operations to improve performance and operation of the IP voice architecture.
5-years of prior experience managing video and voice infrastructure and services delivery including experience managing geographically distributed voice systems.
Proven expertise with Cisco CUCM, CUC, UCCX, and WebEx.
In-depth knowledge with collaboration technology including Skype for Business or Jabber.
Experience in SIP Trunk configuration.
Exposure to non-Cisco VoIP and collaboration solutions: Avaya, Tandberg, AMX, Crestron.
Experience with Cisco Codecs and Spark Kits (SX80, DX80, EX90, Spark Room Kit and Spark Room Kit Plus).
Experience interfacing with vendors on new technology development and collaboration.
In-depth knowledge of IP Routing, Quality of Service technologies with demonstrated implementation in a large enterprise organization.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Cisco Certified Voice Professional.
Experienced in the architecture, design, and implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Technologies and Collaborations.
