How we LEAD:
The Enterprise Product Owner, Marketing and Promotions (PO) is a product ambassador and key technology contact that helps UMG know, own, and grow our audience, content, and rights. He/she drives customer and stakeholder engagements to understand and translate the business vision for the products and services of Marketing into technology features and tactics for delivery.
The PO engages resources and builds relationships with Marketing constituents and technology executives and is a trusted advisor to inform and influence product planning and feature prioritization. He/she understands and anticipates the customers' needs and vision to ensure the business strategy is translated into actionable work items to manage and deliver.
The PO owns the end-to-end product planning and has an in depth understanding of the products, roadmaps, their customers, and audiences. He/she embraces agile principles including collaboration, fostering a culture of openness, team self-organization, continuous improvement and adapts to emerging business needs.
