Enterprise Systems Analyst

Overview

RES is seeking a skilled Enterprise Systems Analyst to join our team. We operate in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work from various office locations such as Houston, TX, Orlando, FL, or Nashville, TN, or other as per this announcement. We work in a hybrid setting, and this position is not eligible to the relocation stipend.

The mission: work closely with key stakeholders to implement, configure, and maintain various systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting internal accounting and operational teams with technical solutions.

The ideal candidate for this role would possess a broad understanding of systems on a large scale, functioning as an IT generalist with a blend of helpdesk support and design capabilities. They should have a mindset geared towards process improvement and automation, aiming to enhance user workflows across various systems. While experience with SalesForce is preferred, the primary focus will be on bolstering its implementation.

What your day-to-day might look like?

The bulk of your day will be split up between the following functions:

• Implementation: You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement enhancements to existing and new systems. You will create detailed project plans to develop and execute various software initiatives and lead efforts to deploy changes across multiple Enterprise Applications.

• Process Automation: You will help with various efforts to make actionable recommendations for operational process improvement and automation of manual tasks. You will also support the development of any in-house and 3rd party solutions.

• Technical Support: You will help maintain existing Enterprise Applications and provide technical support services to various internal teams.

Qualifications

We want to talk to you if you have many of the following:

• BS/BA in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science.

• Experience with accounting, information systems, and operations management tools, including time-management systems, and project management systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, or NetSuite.

• Understanding of data connectivity and troubleshooting in accounting and operational process improvement settings, with experience in relational and object-oriented data management tools such as Microsoft SQL/Oracle or MongoDB.

What will make you stand out?

• Understanding of JavaScript at the service level is crucial, as many of our apps operate on JavaScript for data connectivity. A basic understanding of JavaScript will significantly facilitate the job.
