Rackspace has an exciting career opportunity for a Windows Enterprise Support Engineer. As a Rackspace Windows Enterprise Support Engineer, you will be working with our largest customers, monitoring and evaluating their systems, working with your assigned Account Managers and with your assigned clients' technical and management representatives on technical problems and systems improvements. We will be relying on your technical and client service skills to ensure your client has a Fanatical Experience and continues to be a highly satisfied Rackspace Fanatical Customer.

Important elements in a candidate's background:

  • Deep knowledge of the WinServ OS (2003 through 2016R2)

  • Comprehensive understanding of current versions of IIS, MSSQL and the ability to set-up and tune servers

  • Deep understanding of the infrastructure-monitoring, control, reporting

  • Excellent troubleshooting/triage/remediation skills and knowing when to bring in the special teams

  • Fanatical Customer Experience skills - you will be the Rackspace face to the client.

  • Good understanding of CI/CD-DevOps concepts.

  • Exceptional team skills-you will be working with Rackspace support teams

  • We like to see candidates with appropriate degrees (HSG minimum), at least 7 years of intensive Windows SERVER support experience including 2 years' MSP experience, relevant certifications, and strong client-facing experience.

What you will do: * Respond to support request from customers about the DataRobot Platform * Triage problems related to the DataRobot Platform and the customer enterprise * Work with DataRobot subject matter experts, data scientists, and engineers to resolve customer issues * Assist support management to develop support models that enable fanatical support * Design support strategies and services to enable customers to gain optimal value from the platform * Learn DataRobot Platform and keep learning and creating new products, features, and techniques * Document customer problems and resolutions * Develop a career in data science What you need: * Experience with enterprise SaaS products or AWS * Experience with support processes and procedures * Data Analyst and Data Operations experience working with BI tools. * Experience with SQL, R or Python * Experience working with Linux * Strong verbal and written communication skills * 3+ years in an analytical or technical support role is ideal but if you just graduated and have a passion to learn we are interested * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Statistics, Math) or equivalent experience Bonus: * A degree in statistics, math, computer science, or data science * Experience with Jupyter or Anaconda * Experience with Data Science, Data Analyst, Data Operations, or any experience working with big data.
