Job Overview:

Qorvo is seeking for an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with expertise in S/4 Hana. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP architecture and design principles. This position can be based in Greensboro, NC, Richardson, TX, or Hillsboro, OR.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business solutions using S/4 Hana and related technologies.

• Govern architecture standards and guidelines across business functions in sales processes, order management, and Vistex functionalities.

• Design and build S4 Hana SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, including pricing, contracts, and delivery processing.

• Design Vistex functionalities for complex pricing and incentive management

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements aligning them with leading best practices and translate them into fit to standard solution options.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects across organization to govern the architecture standards.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation and implementation projects.

• Conduct design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to architectural standards.

• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and consultants.

• Adhere to Lean framework to support continuous improvement.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• 10+ years hands on experience in SAP architecture and design, with a focus on S/4 Hana platform

• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field

• Strong experience in S4 Hana SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, including pricing, contracts, and delivery processing.

• Hands on experience in Vistex functionalities for complex pricing, incentive & Rebates management

• Knowledge in SAP Commerce Cloud and Advanced ATP is huge plus

• Strong understanding of SAP system landscapes, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid models

• Knowledge of SAP integration with other enterprise systems

• Ability to analyze business requirements and develop fit to standard solution. Provide optimal options to bridge solution gaps.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
