This role reports to the Business Services Vice President. The role is considered a member of the Business Services' extended leadership team and serves as the Project Manager and Chief of Staff. In this role, you will partner with the Business Services VP and leadership team to drive a variety of projects, initiatives and other tasks identified in the portfolio of work across Business Services. You will integrate and drive key activities through leveraging best practices, people resources and collaboration across Business Services and other key stakeholders.
This role is tasked with leading a variety Business Services projects and initiatives including business strategy formulation. Role will be empowered to pull necessary resources and teams together to both convey objectives and expectations, while solving challenges and realizing opportunities. Additionally, in this role you will recommend and develop the agenda as well as content for a variety of leadership and stakeholder meetings and coordinate with leadership to ensure key metrics and operational milestones are captured for senior leadership reports/briefings.
Will be required to use the utmost discretion and safeguarding of sensitive personnel and business-related information. This role will serve in a rotating capacity with a typical assignment lasting 2 years.
What You Will Do
Lead and drive objectives and a variety of high-visibility projects and initiatives
Partner with Business Services VP and leadership to develop content for a variety of regularly scheduled meetings tied to the Business Services organization
Engage with Business Services VP to develop an evolving communications campaign to drive awareness of strategy and strategic initiatives both internally with stakeholders and business leaders.
Prepare Business Services VP, by developing discussion objectives and key messages, for internal and external engagements.
Engage in Business Services Communications and Change Management, targeted to ensure the team is aligned around objectives, create awareness of accomplishments, and organizational updates / changes.
Qualifications You Must Have

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work across boundaries with the Business Services Leadership team and at all levels of the organization
Must be a self-starter, able to work autonomously and able to operate with minimal supervision in a highly visible, complex environment
Creative and innovative troubleshooter who possesses very strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Prior demonstrated experience/ability to solicit, acquire and synthesize information/data from multiple sources into clear and concise executive level briefings.
Have a high situational awareness, be able to effectively work multiple projects simultaneously with diverse groups and customers. Ability to effectively multi-task with very strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Advanced proficiency in Office 365 tool suite and collaboration tools including Sharepoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint and OneNote
Prior experience leading change management and large projects/initiatives with a strong business acumen and understanding of the various directorates/work streams within RTX

This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
