We provide financial leadership to Enterprise Quality, Strategy and Deployment (S&D) and Environmental Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S). We partner across J&J segments and functions to enable differentiated and reliable Supply Chain performance.
You will build presentations for executive management reviews and high priority initiatives
You will partner with supply chain leaders to deliver business cases and investment decisions including ROI on disruptive supply chain technology deals (such as 3D printing, clean energy, sensing and automation)
You will develop capabilities to improve the prioritization process of the portfolio
You will lead and deliver the long-range financial plan
You will perform quarterly closing responsibilities including budget vs. actual reporting, analysis, latest thinking and owning forecast updates across the administrative areas.
You will be responsible for planning and coordination of the corporate financial submissions and requests.
You will oversee 2 senior financial analysts
A BA/BS degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance. A CMA, CPA and MBA is preferable.
A minimum of 5 years of related finance business partnering experience.
Experience in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.) is required
Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau Alteryx etc. is preferred.
Experience with process development and improvement as well as readiness to take initiative to drive business results is preferred
Ability & willingness to be comfortable with ambiguity, possess strong communication and negotiation stills and be able to work in a dynamic and changing team environment is required.
Experience partnering with senior leaders within the organization is required.
This role will be based in Bridgewater, NJ and may require up to 10% domestic/international travel.
