What you'll do:
Effectively sell value proposition (technology, service) to enterprise customers, in a quota-carrying role.
Hire, manage, and mentor a team of enterprise sales reps to exceed revenue and gross margin targets.
Work with executive leadership and VP of Sales on GTM strategy and roadmap
Build a book of a business grounded in lasting, long-term customer relationships that allows us to continually grow share of wallet.
Work closely with the talent acquisition team on execution.
Ensure consistent execution of end-to-end sales playbook, and work closely with sales operations create an efficient and predictable sales engine.
Ensure use of CRM and other data to achieve forecast accuracy on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Partner with HR to ensure solid alignment of of sales team with OKRs
5+ years' experience directly building and managing enterprise sales teams
Deep prior enterprise level logistics/transportation sales and relationship management experience required
Existing personal network enabling you to rapidly identify, hire, and onboard high-performing enterprise sales team members as we scale
Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large deals
Ability to mentor, coach and advance the development of each of your employees, while upholding our values.
Manage key customer expectations; participate in closing strategic opportunities and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Active listening skills with ability to build trust

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales technologies for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales acceleration
