TeletracNavman is seeking an Enterprise Salesforce Architect and Team Lead to join our IT Operations team in Glenview, IL or Garden Grove, CA locations.

We're looking for someone to provide expertise across the Salesforce spectrum, such as architecture, development & configuration. This hands-on leader will be directly responsible for ongoing oversight of all activities related to TeletracNavman's Salesforce strategy and capabilities.

Salesforce Team Lead Primary Responsibilities

Act as a hands on subject matter expert to oversee Salesforce development, configurations, integration, enhancements, customizations, and delivery.

Develop automated and customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals

Works with team members to lead development of specifications and technical designs for complex projects using a combination of out of the box features and custom code

Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

Collaborate with various internal departments, including sales, marketing, product development and operations to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance

Maintain an agile and dynamic delivery to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully

Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances

Provide administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow

Salesforce Team Lead Required Skills

Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and AppExchange/App cloud application integration.

In-depth with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Force.com, Workflows, data validations Triggers, REST API, with emphasis on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, & Communities

Experience in programming in AJAX, JavaScript

Experience with Salesforce Sandboxes, Integrations, and Application Development

Salesforce Administration and Configuration Experience (Sites, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, etc.)

Expert knowledge of relational databases and data modeling including Salesforce.com SOQL, SOSL query language

Experience with B2B integrations of Salesforce with SAP.

Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language

Experience of at least 1-2 End-to-End implementations of Salesforce Service Cloud.

Ability to follow an agile or iterative software development methodology

Excellent knowledge of CRM concepts

Salesforce Team Lead Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or technically related field, or equivalent education/experience
5 years in application development
4 years of experience with Salesforce platform and Development including template solutions like CPQ, Sales, and Service cloud
4 years programming Visualforce, Lightning Framework, APEX & REST API, SOQL.

Knowledge of Salesforce security models
2 years Experience with object modeling in Salesforce and understanding of fundamental database concepts (including SOQL)

Experience with enterprise integration tools and Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools

Deep insight into the technology sales sector and sales enablement

Salesforce Team Lead Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Application Architect

Salesforce Developer Certification

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification is a plus

Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum.

Experience in developing and consuming web services.

Experience with Salesforce DMP is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for the growth of assigned IDNs and large volume Regional Accounts. * Masters "top-down" sales approach to drive adoption throughout large health systems. * Engages with C-Suite and aligns our service offering with their strategic vision. * Ensures overall growth for assigned territory by meeting or exceeding defined New Prescription goals, including growth in suitable active patients. * Identify key influencers and decision-makers within target accounts and establish executive/corporate level relationships to drive system-wide adoption. Accounts may include: * IDN/health systems (large, enterprise-wide sales) * High Volume/High Potential Warfarin Utilization Accounts * Mechanical Heart Valve Target Accounts * Focuses on achieving organizational goals of adoption and penetration within targeted accounts * Conduct quarterly business reviews with key IDN/health system and accounts to reinforce value proposition and identify incremental opportunities. * Conduct regular meetings with Abbott internal support teams to leverage resources and capabilities * Guides professional clinical organizations to a new modality of care using implementation guidelines for patient self-testing. * Masters Sales Cycle Management to assist key customers in understanding their needs and moving effectively and swiftly on a path toward achieving customer goals for successful outcomes. * Initiates compelling clinical, evidence-based, and business-based sales conversations with all customer call points regarding Acelis Connected Health service offerings. * Demonstrates consistency, proficiency, and accuracy in daily use of operating systems directly related to specific job function (including Salesforce.com, Concur, & ADP Timesaver). * Guides business development using Acelis Connected Health clinical, financial, and efficiency model showing value of patient self-testing. * Works with multiple internal functional areas (Marketing, Sales, Clinical/Training, Operations) in planning and coordination of growth efforts and initiatives. * Coordinates Acelis Connected Health clinical staff and trainers with key accounts as needed. * Provides professional consultative reports to build collaborative results-oriented relationships with key Customers & provides patient educational resources. * Uses sales and negotiating experience to overcome barriers to adoption of prospective customers resulting in PST program development and expansion. * Follows all regulatory policies and procedures, privacy and security standards in accordance with government agencies to include HIPAA requirements.
