Position Overview:

In the Enterprise Sales Director role, you will drive net new business at scale for Amobee in specific vertical markets as our expert. Additionally, the Enterprise Sales Director will work with under penetrated accounts that have the opportunity to scale. You will effectively grow relationships at all levels, coordinate internal and external stakeholders during the life cycle of the deal, and be an Amobee ambassador and evangelist in the market. The right individual will have extensive experience selling complex enterprise level deals while bringing thought leadership to our company.


  • Create business plan in order to drive net new revenue within Enterprise accounts

  • Develop sales plan and solution design based on excellent business and functional diagnosis during sales cycle that results in successful closing of enterprise level deals

  • Become pro-level diagnosis and solution design expert

  • Identify and quantify customer needs and opportunities for Enterprise targets

  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets with strategic, diagnosis forward sales approach

  • Develop a pipeline with viable opportunities and be able to forecast accurately

  • Show accountability for prospecting, forecasting, presenting and negotiations

  • Prepare regular monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports

  • Partner internally where Amobee currently has business and drive scale to enterprise level volume of >$15M

  • Effectively coordinate team members to work through deals - use strategic selling blue sheet method to fortify team collaboration on action plans

  • Present solution to key decision makers within agencies and to brand direct clients

  • Use rigorous ROI based metrics to gain agreement on pricing models

  • Attend industry events and stay up to date with current industry trends

  • Develop strategies to address industry/client issues and/or challenges across products

  • Work with internal teams to ensure they are aligned with your business objectives / strategies.

  • Provide weekly update of current revenue forecasts, initiatives and opportunities across all products.

  • Become proficient on Amobee's suite of products, services, and offerings

  • Ensure sales team have all product, marketplace and competitive media information and can effectively work through the sales process to gain business

  • Initiate and/or participate in regular client calls with team members to provide support, feedback and coaching as required

  • Regularly consume trade media and business press to keep abreast of marketplace

  • Develop systems for ongoing market intelligence information

  • Handle multiple deliverables with tight timelines


  • Proven enterprise sales ability preferably more than 5+ years enterprise sales experience with proven track record of closing complex, long-term deals

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to think strategically

  • Highly developed communication, negotiation and presentation skills (both written and oral)

  • Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability and act on client goals and objectives

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively

  • Ability to make well balanced business decisions, with a high level of emotional intelligence.

This role will be responsible for leading a team of digital analysts (including ROI metrics and SEM) and associate media planners toward development of strategic media plan recommendations. The ideal candidate will be able to present to account teams and clients, analyze and simplify complex data for insights, contribute to the career growth of junior team members and identify and negotiate with media vendors. Additionally, there needs to be a constant curiosity to stay ahead of a changing and complex marketplace, and an understanding of how these changes will impact client objectives. What does a great Associate Director, Digital Media do? * Work directly with clients and account teams to understand overall objectives and how they relate to a client's media/web/social/mobile presence * Use this client knowledge to build integrated media plans that achieve client goals * Analyze the results and make optimization recommendations while the media is live and use empirical data to improve results for the next buying cycle * Write customized analysis including online media, search engine campaigns, social metrics, mobile metrics, and web analytics that highlight campaign strengths and weaknesses and provide actionable insights on campaign performance * Tell the full media story of the campaign lifecycle from inception through optimization to results, and do so in a client-facing, consultative manner * Lead support team consisting of Associate Media Planners and Analysts to support client's media/web/social/mobile objectives * Evaluate new advertising opportunities * Work closely with media to negotiate packages to offer the best value to clients * Manage multiple projects and clients at any given time * Present complex concepts and metrics in a user-friendly way Requirements for Consideration * 5 years (combined) experience with online media planning and web/media analytics and reporting * Experience using comScore and 3rd party ad serving technology (i.e., DoubleClick) * Google Analytics certification or equivalent experience * Knowledge of social metrics (i.e., Facebook & YouTube insights) * Critical thinker who can present complex concepts, media recommendations and data results in a clear and effective manner * Ability to work with MS Office product suite including exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, Access a plus * The ability to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment and meet tight deadlines * Be a self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team * Strong written and verbal communication, organization, negotiation and troubleshooting skills * Availability to travel up to 10% of the time Join the global leader in talent acquisition technologies that's committed to finding new ways to leverage software, strategy and creative to enhance our clients' employer brands – across every connection point.
