As a Enterprise Risk Analyst, essential responsibilities include:

  • In coordination with the BSA Officer, contributes to the administration of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) programs including, but not limited to: Identification of high risk customers through the BSA software, branch correspondence, and other bank system records, Daily review of Anti-Money laundering software to identify potential Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) violations, Analyze and monitor high risk accounts/customers/on a daily basis, Monitor the OFAC suspect list, Prepares and submits regulatory reports on a daily basis.

  • Prepares and Provides reports of any findings or concerns relating to potential violations of BSA, AML, or OFAC to the BSA Officer.

  • Utilizing independent judgment, advise and support Risk Department. Interpret policies/procedures and advise regarding risk and operational day-to-day questions.

  • Support Risk Coordinator with Branch Optimization planning.

  • Maintain current knowledge of operational and compliance regulations and best practices to support branch personnel in their daily functions.

  • Provide support and organize the FHLBI grant process with the CRA Officer

  • Learn and Monitor ERM solution, assist with implementation of the process enterprise wide.

  • Learn and utilize RATA Comply Suite to assist with HMDA and CRA Monitoring.

  • Maintain current knowledge of operational and compliance regulations and best practices to support branch personnel in their daily functions.

  • Assist Risk Manager with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.

  • Attend Compliance/CRA Committee and SAR Committee meetings.

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
