The ERP System Administrator is responsible for managing the performance, integrations and stability of the ERP systems, as well as implementing changes and monitoring the systems.
Responsibilities Troubleshoots and monitors integrations between ERP systems such as acting on failed integration jobs that can be caused by the integration system itself or originate from the ERP systems Develops and improves system documentation and processes such as creating workflows, network/integration diagrams and system guides Performs system administration tasks including server and network support such as troubleshooting network and server outages, as well as responding on system failure incidents Works with outside consultants in application and infrastructure troubleshooting and performing maintenance Identifies areas that need improvements in systems and integrations.
Assists in building standards and policies within system administration Performs system releases Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field Minimum of two (2) years of experience required in each of the following areas: Experience in IT operations managing systems as an administrator Experience in system integrations management or development Experience with managing SQL Server Analytic Services (SSAS) systems One (1) year of experience in the following preferred: Windows Server SQL Server and T-SQL Jira Work where you feel right at home If you are a versatile professional who values culture, a concerted environment and the potential for exponential growth, we want to work with you!
