We're seeking a future team member for the role of Enterprise Resiliency and Sourcing which is part of the Chief Administrative Office to join our Enterprise-Wide Functions Compliance team. This role is in HYBRID role and located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Identify and oversee United States Bank Service Company Act regulatory notifications
  • Support and attend Regulatory meetings with US Regulators (FED, DFS, OCC)
  • Serve as a Compliance Officer with responsibility for oversight of regulatory compliance with BNY's Third-Party and Resiliency Framework, including monitoring for new and changing regulatory guidance and advising the first line to implement necessary changes
  • Provide compliance advice to the Chief Administrative Office supporting business initiatives and compliance priorities.
  • Collaborate with legal entity management and legal entity compliance officers around the world to provide training, expertise, advice and challenge.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for application of global policy including vendor, alternate control and inter-affiliate frameworks
  • Prepare reports and presentations for governance meetings, regulator requests, interfacing with senior management and regulators. 
  • Desire to learn about artificial intelligence. 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Min. 5 years of experience in compliance or third party management 
  • Strong written and verbal communication and effective interpersonal skills to build relationships and liaise with internal stakeholders, senior management, and team members
  • Aptitude to assess effectiveness of complex controls that help ensure ongoing compliance with key laws, regulations and policies 
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Ability to work independently and deliver responsibilities on time
  • Build strong relationships and drive change across multiple stakeholders

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $81,000 and $113,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. 

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
