We believe interviews are life-changing events and seek an entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to help us change the rules of the game. As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for identifying and building new business while managing all sales activities for a set number of larger strategic accounts. These territories are rich with opportunity and require a strong ability to be organized, disciplined, and productive in your role in less than 180 days.

Working from home, you will also:

  • Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspective on their business, while linking this back to HireVues solution.
  • Engage with industry influencers and buyers to better understand the market trends, pressures, and challenges.
  • Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for the HireVue solution within the organization.
  • Use value and consultative selling to identify customer needs, and develop a value-added proposition in addition to generating complex proposal and pricing development.
  • Collaboratively and independently strategies for solving deal-level challenges.
  • Effectively map out large accounts and interface with VP and C-Level contacts.
  • Implement sales strategy for your territory ensuring the company meets revenue and profit objectives through new business development.
  • Leverage internal teams such as product management, marketing, and engineering resources to solve prospect needs and issues in the spirit of true team selling.
  • Strategically cut through layers/ barriers to get to multiple decision makers and departments within an account.
  • Demonstrate full sales cycle skills from research and discovery to software demonstrations to negotiation and pricing.
  • Regularly update CRM system with the latest customer information and use customer intelligence for account planning purposes.

Requirements

Desired skills and experiences include but are not limited to:

  • 7-10 years of experience selling SaaS products to large and complex organizations
  • Previous business-to-business experience in a selling environment.
  • Experience in the Assessments, Human Resources (HR), Human Capital Management (HCM), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Talent Management industry preferred.
  • Proven "hunter track record of consistently over-performing quota and ranking in the top-tier of the sales force
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Strong VP, C-level and board member level communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 20-30%

VIEW JOBS 1/16/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-04-16T00:00 The Opportunity We are seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager who is responsible for generating net new revenues for the company in an assigned territory, selling entire CO-OP suite of products. * This position is fully-remote. That means we are open to talent across the country and the person in this position will be able to continue working remotely even after we transition back into our physical office locations. What You Can Look Forward to * Leads sales of debit card processing, credit card processing, surcharge free ATM network, ATM terminal driving, Shared Branching, Call Center, and Online Bill Pay. * Identifies net new revenue opportunities within territory and advance these new business opportunities. Territory planning and understanding addressable market. Prospects, develops and closes new business. * Communicates with prospective Credit Union executives, conveys value proposition of CO-OP ecosystem, and develops new sales opportunities. * Orchestrates internal resources in support of new business efforts. Facilitates strong working relationships within the Sales Engineering, Pricing, Contracts, and Implementations team. Partners with relationship management staff that own account relationships within the territory. * Data management. Utilizes Salesforce.com extensively to manage opportunities, prospects and activities. * Travels throughout assigned territory, visits credit unions directly, attends regional conferences and state league events, as well as other pertinent events that will advance new business conversations and opportunities. Travels up to 50-60% of time. * Provides market feedback/intelligence that advances a continuous learning loop regarding CO-OP solutions and positioning as well as that of our competitors. * Regular and reliable attendance. * Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks. * Actively supports our CO-OP culture and embraces our core values of Work as Partners, Communicate Openly and Honestly, Demonstrate Excellence and Champion Change in all interactions. What You'll Need to Succeed * Completion of high school, or equivalent. * Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years sales experience, preferably within the financial services and payments space, or equivalent training and/or experience. * Experience within ATM and/or shared branching networks. * Online bill payment, contact center background. * Credit card processing, issuer experience. * Debit card processing, issuer experience. * Knowledge of payments networks. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, structured approach to business development. * Advanced presentation development, contract negotiation, people leadership skills. * Ability to work well with others and make the team better. * Ownership orientation, positive approach, good business acumen.
