In this pivotal role, you’ll be the key player driving the success of high-impact projects for our international clients. As the primary point of contact, you’ll take charge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and governance while managing stakeholder relationships, resource forecasting, and mitigating risk. Your expertise will ensure smooth delivery, and you’ll be at the forefront of managing project scope, timelines, and quality from start to finish. You will be a Vision33 Superstar in ensuring that our largest enterprise client projects are a success! 

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll lead diverse teams, engage with C-suite executives, and collaborate with colleagues, while managing complex project plans and navigating challenging situations with support…and ease. 😊 You'll keep internal and client teams in the loop with regular project updates and financial reports, driving governance, and ensuring that project deliverables are met. You’ll also be responsible for identifying potential risks, creating mitigation strategies, and managing the critical success factors that ensure project excellence and client success. With a sharp, holistic perspective, you’ll oversee dependencies, and interdependencies, and keep everything on track to deliver exceptional results.

• There are several must-have skills and experience needed for this role: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 
• 8+ years of experience managing complex projects with diverse teams. 
• PMP Certification. 
• Expertise in applying various project management methodologies. 
• Strong customer service focus and the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders. 
• Proven leadership skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and issue management. 
• Ability to inspire trust, foster teamwork, and drive results. 
• Skilled in developing project plans and leading teams to successful delivery. 
• Strong understanding of scope and change management processes. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
• Experience with project financial reporting and project management tools (e.g., SharePoint). 
• Willingness to travel within the US and Canada for key project milestones. 

Other experience that would make you shine: 

• Agile Certification. 
• Experience managing SAP Business One (or other ERP solution) implementations.
