This is a highly strategic and analytical leadership role that is responsible for partnering with WW Strategy, Finance and Operations teams, and supporting the Regional Enterprise teams to enable success against key Enterprise strategic programs.
You have 10+ years of program management and PMO leading strategic, global change initiatives in the Enterprise space.You are proficient at leading multiple, simultaneous critical efforts.You have excellent communication and presentation skills at any level of the organization.You have a deep understanding of organizational change management principles with success influencing others and effecting change at scale.You possess strong financial acumen with an ability to apply various analysis tools including pareto, cost/benefit, business prioritization, and root cause.You are a champion for continuous improvement.You have expertise in systems implementation processes and implications.You make the right decisions for Apple through deconstructing complex issues into actionable ideas, have the capacity to zero in on what is most impactful, and a willingness to say no to good ideas so that we can do something phenomenal. This includes leading changing priorities, urgent customer needs, or during the end of the quarter push to meet forecast.

Additionally, we:- Manage programs through the Enterprise business against strategic objectives and priorities for the WW and regional teams- Coordinate program management activities, tools, reporting disciplines and taxonomy through planning, execution and post-mortem analysis- Assign key personnel to project teams, and provide the direction and support required for meeting objectives while balancing business needs and expectations- Lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork, and provide coaching for effective communication with senior management- Maintain a clear vision of what determines a successful program for Enterprise, and align all programs, status and priority to the WW Enterprise work streams- Establish programmatic cadence cross-functionally with Operations and Finance teams- Develop strong partnerships and hold people accountable to gain resolution of key issues- Champion the strategy and change management needed for global initiatives- Ensure sound standards and tracking for global initiatives, and where required regional specific needs- Provide portfolio reporting as required based on business priorities- Communicate with partners consistently to ensure quality of product and service
10+ years of sales and sales management experience in an environment that is process driven. You have an analytical mindset, think strategically, and have people leadership experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
